The scope of this project included a complete area scan and point cloud data to be done at the maximum detail possible. This included accuracy down to slopes in floors, all MEP systems laid out, and exact dimensions on all equipment and fixtures (architectural and MEP).

From this point cloud, 3 revit models of all existing conditions were created including all fine details and dimensions (one for architectural, one for mechanical/ plumbing, and one for electrical).

The architectural model required floor slopes, detailed structural elements (columns and beams), personalized families for customized windows, walls, flooring, decking height, ceilings (height, dimensions, and lines), and more.

The mechanical and plumbing model required all ductwork (supply, return, exhaust, etc), piping (gas, exhaust, hot/cool water, etc), fixtures, equipment, fire protection sprinkler systems, air terminals, and more all with exact dimensions.

Lastly, the electrical systems model required all conduit, cable trays, light fixtures, tel/com fixtures/equipment, stacks, electrical equipment, fire alarm systems, power, and more. All systems were connected to their designated equipment and analyzed thoroughly to allow for complete accuracy during the next phase of the remodel.
