ESE provided a complete design of all electrical systems including lighting (interior, exterior, emergency, and automatic control), Addressable audio-visual fire alarm (on a two-way evacuation system), door entry systems, mechanical and normal power distribution, communications, and CATV systems. All interior lighting was either DLC listed or Energy Star approved. Occupancy and vacancy sensors were utilized in common spaces for energy conservation. New intercom systems were provided including video intercom systems, provided at each unit with a master station located at the ground floor entrance for the residential units.

As for exterior systems, exterior lighting was put on a dawn to dusk system controlled by photoelectric switches. Interconnect provisions were provided for connection of a roof mounted PV system Approximate 30-50KW. Power distribution was also provided for EV charging stations for approximately six 6 level II 7KW shared charging stations.
