This project consists of new medium voltage equipment connections and a new 480V service into the existing building from Eversource Utility. The scope includes new site plans and details indicating the new electrical Primary/Secondary work as well as the proposed interior electric space location. New telecommunication infrastructure was also provided.
Provided site plan with new medium voltage electrical utilities depicted, proposed electrical load calculations, new second service rated at 600A, 480V, 3PH,4W and tenant metering. New outside plant telecommunications fiber was provided to a new building Demarcation point. From the new headend equipment horizontal CAT6 cabling was provided to each tenant network room in the building.
