Cambria Hotel in East Boston is a 68,000 sq ft renovation of a previously abandoned factory into a stunning basement and 5-level high-rise hotel. Cambria Hotel will include 123 guest rooms and common spaces such as a lobby, fitness room, prep kitchen and breakfast area.
ESE provided a set of Tier I Fire Alarm PE Stamped Construction Plans/Documents and the associated construction administration required to complete the project in support of the ESEC Design Build installation. Our team designed a new addressable speaker/strobe voice evacuation fire alarm system wired as a Class A system. All drawings were based on provided 2D drawing files and engineered to meet all standards set forth by Massachusetts 9th Edition Building Code and ADA regulations.
