Artisan Hotel offers guests a dreamy and welcoming stay with a modern vintage design aesthetic. The property features a full fitness facility, luxury pool and lounge area, 12,000 SF banquet & event space (fully fit for a range of functions from weddings to corporate events). Within the Artisan hotel, 18 Artisan offers longer accommodations in a modern-vintage finely appointed condo complex. The condos range from 1 to 3 bedrooms and are the most luxurious homes available in Tuscan Village.
Tenant spaces within the facility offer a unique stay where a multitude of amenities are right underneath your nose including restaurants, retail, and health & fitness. Some notable tenant spaces ESE had the privilege to work on include the new Tuscan Kitchen restaurant location, an in-house cafe, and a beautiful rooftop bar.
ESE’s team prepared construction drawings and specifications for all electrical systems in the Artisan Hotel and Residences as well as multiple tenant spaces with careful consideration to the many different uses housed within the facility. The electrical systems engineered included: lighting, power, fire alarm, tel/com, & 3d coordination.
Fire alarm design drawings included voice evacuation, smoke detection, carbon monoxide detection, and signaling systems. Lighting systems engineered throughout the premise included normal and emergency lighting as well as automatic lighting controls to optimize energy usage. All mechanical, normal power, and emergency power distribution drawings were also provided by ESE. Encompassing a vast range of unit layouts, hearing impaired systems, voice and data, CATV cabling systems, and two-way evacuation communication systems. Our team also coordinated surge protective devices which were added at the main switchboard of the facility to ensure the Artisan Hotel’s services ran smoothly in any conditions. Lastly, ESE also provided construction drawings for all exterior site lighting and electrical utilities including automatic car charging stations.
