The Margate on Winnipesaukee
The Margate Resort, located at 76 Lake Street in Laconia, NH, is a lake-side resort/hotel consisting of 5 existing buildings, with electrical distribution throughout each building.
This project consisted of a renovation and service upgrade of the electrical service to the main building downstream distribution and associated out building electrical distribution equipment.
ESE’s scan to BIM team provided scans of electrical rooms as well as CAD generated floor plan layouts, including all windows, doors, ceilings, furnishing, etc.
