This newly constructed four story, slab on grade, mid rise residential building has 64 Workforce dwelling units including studios, 1 bedrooms, and 2 bedrooms. The apartment complex also offers a state-of-the art fitness center, storage spaces, and select loft style apartments to its residents.
"This project included a complete design of all electrical systems including lighting (interior, exterior, emergency, and lighting control), addressable audio/visual fire alarm, mechanical and normal power distribution, as well as communications. All interior lighting was either DLC listed or Energy Star approved. New video intercom systems were provided at each unit with a master station located at the ground floor entrance for the residential units.
Environmental advocacy is something ESE does not take lightly, therefore, our team was very excited to ensure all electrical services were “solar-ready” as well as design for the addition of four single port 8KW EVC stations on site."
