The 10 Mall Road Building is an existing single story retail strip center in Burlington, Massachusetts The building occupancy classifications were Use Group M: Retail and Use Group B: Business Occupancy.
The scope of work for this project included a complete 5,500sf Fire Alarm renovation to an existing vacant space within the existing Building. The Addressable Fire Alarm system was modified to accommodate the new Kitchen, Bar, indoor Golf Simulator rooms, and open area with required initiating and Notification devices per NFPA 72 standards.
